Abstract First, analysis results indicate that there are 3 types of team task structure: parallel, sequential, and orchestral. Secondly, the finding shows that team process could be explained by 4 dimensions: planning and preparation, procedure maintenance, performance optimality, and personnel assistance, and the level of them vary among 3 types of team task structure. In orchestral condition, planning and preparation is significantly higher than that in others condition. In parallel condition, personnel assistance is significantly higher than that in orchestral condition.
