Chaos Behavior on Generalization Management System of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities |

Abstract A generalization management model of scientific and technological achievements in universities is established considering some influence factors such as preliminary price and generalization rate of scientific and technological achievements, generalization rate of the achievements from the generalized patents and remaining benefit of science and technology achievements. The application and analysis results of model reveal that the generalization management model evolves in four sorts of state spaces such as fixed point, limit cycle, quasiperiodic attractor or chaos attractor when above influence factors possess different values respectively. When un-generalization price of the achievements of science and technology is fixed-point, 100 percent of of the achievements can be realized. Negative influences from chaos state in the generalization management system of scientific and technological achievements in universities can be avoided when the generalization variable are adjusted round the equilibrium point.
