According to the design philosophy of interorganaziong workflow, after supply chain business was analyzed, a scheme of supply chain workflow model is proposed by message sequence charts ad Petri nets.   In this scheme, integrated and optimized business process system was constructed in supply chain to ensure full cooperation among business partners and their autonomy and improve the competition of all supply chains.  An example is also given to analyze this model.
