Abstract Automatic negotiation is being studied, because the Internet-bid and the interests in software Agent rise continuously.Owing to the distinct offer characteristic in multiattribute, the negotiation interval was divided into two kinds. Time constrains-based multilateral negotiation model was built after the quantity of seller agent and the effect of time on the negotiation strategy. Also a prototype system was designed and implemented.
