Abstract Quantificational analysis on the spatial distributing situation of new economy was made by spatial autocorrelation method.The association and difference between different districts were disclosed and the rules for the new economy's spatial character were generalized.The effective spatial decision support information for the strategy of the macro economy and the harmonious expansion of regional economies were provided.
