Abstract The approval of the project "Management Theory and Approach in Electronic Commerce" supported by National Nature Science Foundation of China(NSFC) and its implementation were reviewed.The achievements and the economic and social benefits were listed.Several successful experience in organization implementation was systematically summarized.A government-industry-university integrated R&D management mode was proposed.It provided reference for implementing the large-scale research project supported by NSFC.
