How does the service provider appropriate the value created? It must come down to the pricing problem of service product. In this paper the price and service quantity are be used to describe the creation and distribution of the service value. The value distribution will be achieved by determining the price of service product. Firstly, the price scope will be determined by different price dominant right or game sequence. Then a price oscillation system is set up, which makes the service product price converge to the price of maximum total value.
