Ecosystem Evaluation Model Based on Combination Determining Weights on Maximizing Deviations and Empirical Study on 10 Deputy Provincial Cities in China

According to the connotation of scientific development view of insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, this paper constructs the ecosystem comprehensive evaluation index system using driver-pressure-state-impacts-response(DPSIR) framework. The evaluation model is established using the G1 method and variation coefficient method to determine the subject and object weight of index. And based on maximizing deviations principle, an optimal programming model is proposed in order to determine combined weights. The paper finally uses empirical analysis to analyze the ecological conditions of 10 typical deputy provincial cities.
