摘要

比较分析了创业企业社会网络资本交易与经济资本交易的交换方式、转让性、属性、交易方关系、交易成本等不同点 ;提出了创业企业社会网络资本与经济资本自我转换和相互转换的4种模式 ,并探讨了创业资本交易、转换的特点

Abstract：

The exchange mode, transference, attribution, and the relationship of tranferors and the transaction cost of the transaction between social network and economic capitals were analyzed comparatively 4 modes of self-transference and mutual-transference were provided.The characteristics of the transaction and transerence of enterprising caritals.
