The effects of intellectual property right (IPR) protection on our country are uncertain under the freetrade circumstance.  Chinese IPR structure was compared with foreign IPR ones and the conditions and applications of patents in China were analyzed quantitively by using specialization index. The inevitability of the IPR conflicts among international trades and its causes were also expatiated. It is concluded that Chinese enterprises should strengthen their consciousness of IPR and their innovation ability to agree their behaviors with Chinese IPR system.
