Abstract：Based on the perspective of digital empowerment, taking Kute as the case study object, the exploratory case study method is adopted to explore the realization mechanism of supply chain agility in intelligent manufacturing enterprises. The results show that in the process of realizing supply chain agility, Kute has successfully built three complex intelligent systems including customer interaction system, manufacturing execution system and warehousing and procurement system, which covers customer, operation and cooperation levels through three empowerment methods: structure empowerment, resource empowerment and psychological empowerment. Furthermore, it cultivated three digital capabilities of intelligence, connection and analysis, and realized supply chain agility from three aspects: customer agility, operational agility and cooperation agility.
