基于市场推广视角的BIM技术采纳障碍因素中意对比研究

摘要通过国内外相关文献的阅读与分析，基于市场角度辨识和定义建筑业企业BIM技术采纳的13个障碍因素，运用ISM评价和构建了障碍因素的多级递阶结构模型。在此基础上，通过MICMAC分析明确各障碍因素的依赖性和驱动力，进而得到建筑市场中驱动力较大的关键因素。结合ISM和MICMAC分析的结果，对比研究了中国与意大利建筑市场中障碍因素的异同。结果显示，BIM的教育和培训、BIM技术人才是目前中国建筑市场驱动力最大的两个因素，而BIM标准是当前意大利建筑市场驱动力最大的因素。

Abstract：Based on the identification of market angle, 13 barriers were defined from the construction market regarding BIM technology adoption, and an ISM evaluation was used to establish a multi-level hierarchical structure model of obstacle factors. It was followed by a MICMAC analysis to determine the dependence and driving force of each obstacle, and the key factors of driving force in the construction market were found. Combined with the results of ISM and MICMAC analysis, the similarities and differences of the barriers in the construction market between China and Italy were compared. The results show that: BIM education and training and BIM technical personnel are currently the two largest driving forces in the China’s construction market. In contrast, BIM standards are the largest driving force in the Italy construction market.
