折衷范式内涵的演化及其内在逻辑研究

摘要通过回顾折衷范式的起源与发展，对其演变的路径和主要特征做出归纳与总结，并梳理了资产优势、交易优势和制度优势3类所有权优势的内涵，以及上述三者分别与内部化优势的关系，明晰了折衷范式当前的内在逻辑。基于此，提出了折衷范式未来的修正方向，并在中国情境下对折衷范式开展进一步讨论，给出了中国情境下制度优势（Oi）概念的一种具体化定义过程，以及提出基于中国情境的制度优势（Oi）形成机制的命题。

Abstract：This paper reviews the origin and evolution’s path of the Eclectic Paradigm, sorts out the connotations of three kinds of ownership advantages including asset-based ownership advantage, transaction-based ownership advantage and institution-based ownership advantage (Oi), and discusses the relationship among three kinds of ownership advantages and the relationship between ownership advantage and the other two elements of Eclectic Paradigm, which makes the inherent logic of eclectic paradigm clear. Based on the above, we propose the way of how to amend the eclectic paradigm in the future, provide an approach of conceptualizing Oi, and raise a proposition about the formation mechanism of Oi.
