Based on the concept of network embeddedness, this paper has a systematical review of literatures on relationships between structural embeddedeness, relational embeddedness and individual creativity published in the top management journal these years. By integrating the findings on the relationships between structural embeddedness, relational embeddedness and individual creativity in workgroup or organization network, this paper presents a research framework and large amount of different viewpoints. Finally, suggestions for future research on this topic are given after extant literatures are discussed.
