组织合法性中介作用下的产业集群关系嵌入对新创企业绩效的影响

摘要以产业集群为研究背景，研究了新创企业产业集群嵌入和创业的组织合法性对创业绩效的影响机制。依据418份有效样本，利用结构方程模型方法分析得到的结果显示，新创企业产业集群政治关系和商业关系嵌入对创业绩效有显著的正向影响，创业的组织合法性在其中起到中介作用。产业集群政治关系嵌入有利于新创企业获取创业管制合法性和创业认知合法性，产业集群商业关系嵌入有利于新创企业获取创业规范合法性和创业认知合法性，最终促进了创业绩效的提升。

Abstract：The industry cluster is used as the background to study the mechanism of the effect of new venture industrial cluster embedding and legitimacy on the entrepreneurial performance. The data came from 418 effective samples collected. The results obtained by using structural equation model show that the political relationship and commercial relationship embedded in industry cluster has significant positive influence on entrepreneurial performance. The legitimacy of the new venture plays an intermediary role. The new ventures set up regulative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy through political relationship embedded in industrial cluster. The new ventures set up normative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy through commercial relationship embedded in industrial cluster. The new venture embedded in industrial cluster improved its entrepreneurial performance through the entrepreneurial legitimacy.
