Abstract:In this study, data were collected from 457 employeesupervisor dyads in 55 organizations. Results show that workplace incivility experience decreased employees’ interpersonal justice, procedural justice, affective commitment and performance, and increase their workplace deviance. Additionally, proactive personality accentuates the relationships between incivility and attitudes, while attenuates the relationships between incivility and work behaviors. Finally, managerial implications are discussed.
