Abstract: On the basis of social exchange theory, this article firstly makes clear definition for temporary employment in China. Secondly, we present the threedimensional model of employeeorganization relationship for temporary employment involving temporary workers, the client organization, and the agent. Thirdly, we discuss how the different types of employeeorganization relationship will impact temporary worker’s performance. Finally, the managerial implication is discussed.
