Its requirement model should be from diversified angles built to describe the essential demands of MCIS roundly and exactly.  The modeling method for requirement engineering of MCIS is proposed by multi-view framework.  From this method, a model to describe the demands from various aspects was built, and a modeling framework to analyze the requirements for MCIS was constructed, which is characterized by multi-views, responding to changes agilely, independently of technology and its effective integration with existing modeling methods.
