Construction of Evaluation Index System of Post Competence for Nurses in “Internet plus Nursing Service” Program

Abstract: Objective To construct an evaluation index system of post competence for nurses in in “Internet plus Nursing Service” program. Methods Based on role theory, nursing procedure and holistic nursing theory,after literature review and group discussions, the first draft of evaluation index system was developed and the weight of all indicators were determined using Delph method and the analytic hierarchy process. Results The evaluation index system of post competence for nurses in “Internet plus Nursing Service” program consisted of 6 first-level, 17 second-level and 60 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of post competence for nurses in “Internet plus Nursing Service” program is comprehensive, and scientific, and it has guiding significance for the cultivation and management of nurses in “Internet plus Nursing Service” program.
