健康信念模式在老年患者健康教育的应用研究进展

摘要: 目的 探讨健康信念模式在老年患者健康教育中的应用现状,分析优劣势,为下一步临床研究提供参考。方法 通过系统性文献回顾,从健康信念模式6个结构的角度,分析国内外应用健康信念模式在老年患者健康教育的干预性研究进展。结果 该模式通过个性化干预等优势,改善老年患者健康信念和行为,提高依从性、改变健康行为等;但存在个体差异影响效果、长期效果待观察及实施难度大等局限性。结论 健康信念模式在老年患者健康教育中有重要应用价值,但个体差异及实施难度问题需关注,未来应优化应用、开发个性化内容、开展长期随访研究及加强医护人员培训,促进老年患者健康,提高生活质量。
