住院患者尊严影响因素的研究进展

摘要： 目的 了解国内外住院患者尊严影响因素的研究进展,为有效识别尊严受损的高危住院患者、预防其尊严受损并制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法 回顾国内外相关研究,对住院患者尊严水平概况进行简介,并从疾病相关因素、社会因素、个体维护因素3个方面归纳住院患者尊严的影响因素。结果 综述发现,病种、住院次数、病程、疾病分期、治疗方案、角色功能、隐私、社会支持、照顾者态度、感受负担、医疗资源、谦逊、责任感、同理心、平等、沟通、尊重、足够的信息、倾听和陪伴是尊严的影响因素。结论 住院患者尊严受损问题可以从评估、筛查、反馈等方面进行研究,通过有效识别高危住院患者,减少危险因素,增加住院患者尊严的个体维护因素,针对尊严受损的患者,及时采取个体化的干预措施,从而有效预防住院患者尊严受损。
