强光疗法在帕金森患者睡眠障碍的应用研究进展

摘要: 目的 综述强光疗法在治疗帕金森患者睡眠障碍中的研究进展,以供借鉴。方法 检索数据库,回顾文献。对强光疗法治疗帕金森睡眠障碍的发展历程、作用机制、治疗方式、先进性、局限性及展望进行综述。结果 强光疗法可以显著改善帕金森患者睡眠障碍症状,可作为帕金森睡眠障碍护理中的非药物治疗方法。结论 强光疗法治疗帕金森患者睡眠障碍的不良反应小、耐受性和依从性良好,应开展多方位研究并将其应用至我国的帕金森患者。
