国内外晚期癌症患者灵性照护及启示

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨国外晚期癌症患者灵性照顾现状,为我国晚期癌症患者的灵性照顾提供参考。方法采用文献综述的方法分析国内外晚期癌症患者灵性照护现状。结果国外晚期癌症患者的灵性照顾发展较为成熟,具有完善的灵性评估工具,全方位的灵性干预团队,成熟的灵性照护策略,客观的效果评价体系等。我国的灵性照护发展起步较晚,照护团队不完善,照护方案质量良莠不齐,严重制约我国晚期癌症患者灵性照护的开展。结论国外晚期癌症患者的灵性照护已有成熟的策略、团队、评估工具和评价体系等,灵性照护可以帮助晚期癌症患者缓解焦虑、不安和恐惧等负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量。
