基于分类-加工模型，通过引入创业团队整合能力，系统探究创业团队认知整合匹配对创业绩效的影响差异、作用机制与边界条件。78个创业团队的497名成员多时点样本数据的多项式回归与响应面分析结果表明：①创业团队认知整合匹配正向影响创业绩效，认知整合越匹配创业绩效越高；②创业团队认知整合不同组合类型对创业绩效的影响存在差异，创业团队认知整合“高-高匹配”比“低-低匹配”对创业绩效的正向作用更强，“高-低不匹配”比“低-高不匹配”对创业绩效负向影响更大；③资源能力协同中介创业团队认知整合匹配对创业绩效的影响；④环境动态性调节即兴能力对创业绩效的直接影响，环境动态性程度越高，即兴能力对创业绩效的直接影响越强。

Based on the categorization-elaboration model, this study examines the differential impacts, mechanisms, and boundary conditions of how cognitive integration match of entrepreneurial teams affects entrepreneurial performance by introducing resource-capability collaboration and improvisation ability. Using polynomial regression and response surface analysis on data from 497 members of 78 entrepreneurial teams, the results show the following. Firstly, higher degree of cognitive integration matching leads to better entrepreneurial performance. Secondly, “high-high” cognitive integration match improves entrepreneurial performance more than “low-low” match, while “high-low” cognitive integration mismatch more negatively affects entrepreneurial performance than “low-high” mismatch. Thirdly, resource-capability collaboration mediates this relationship. Finally, environmental dynamism moderates the effect of improvisation ability on entrepreneurial performance, and the more dynamic the environment, the stronger this effect.
