通过深度访谈，采用扎根理论、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和结构方程模型，以及基于47名受访者的访谈资料构建题项池，利用472份问卷检验量表的结构与信效度，并借助358份问卷分析团队韧性影响项目成功的路径，探究了海外工程项目团队韧性的维度结构、测量量表及作用机制。研究结果表明：海外工程项目团队韧性包含坚持性团队韧性和适应性团队韧性两个二阶因子，前者由团队长期目标坚持和团队短期目标坚持构成，后者由团队外部行为适应和团队内部策略适应构成；所编制的包括22个题项的量表具有良好信效度；两类团队韧性均能正向影响项目成功，且坚持性团队韧性主要通过防御型团队工作重塑发挥作用，适应性团队韧性主要通过促进型团队工作重塑发挥作用。

Using in-depth interviews, grounded theory, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, and structural equation modeling, this study examines the structure, scale, and mechanism of team resilience in overseas engineering projects. Interview data from 47 practitioners were used to generate items; 472 questionnaires were used to test the scale; and 358 questionnaires were used to examine the mechanism. The results show that team resilience consists of persistent and adaptive team resilience. Persistent team resilience includes long-term and short-term goal persistence; adaptive team resilience includes external behavioral adaptation and internal strategic adaptation. The 22-item scale has good reliability and validity. Both dimensions positively affect project success: the former mainly through prevention-focused team job crafting and the latter mainly through promotion-focused team job crafting.
