采用嵌入式案例研究设计，以金发科技孵化器为研究对象，从边界跨越视角剖析专业孵化器主导“专精”和“特新”两类创业生态系统实现跨界价值共创的过程，据此构建整合性过程模型。研究表明：①针对“专精”型创业生态系统，专业孵化器识别市场分割壁垒，实施市场域边界横向跨越，实现规模扩张型跨界价值共创；②针对“特新”型创业生态系统，专业孵化器识别技术断层壁垒，实施技术域边界纵向跨越，实现技术突破型跨界价值共创；③针对“专精”和“特新”协同演化的创业生态系统，专业孵化器识别生态错位壁垒，实施生态域边界交叉跨越，实现生态融合型跨界价值共创。

This paper adopts an embedded case study design, taking Kingfa Technology Incubator as the research object. From the boundary-spanning perspective, it analyzes the process through which specialized incubator lead two types of entrepreneurial ecosystems including “specialized” and “sophisticated” to achieve cross-boundary value co-creation, and accordingly constructs an integrated process model. The specific research conclusions are as follows:①for the specialized SMEs’ entrepreneurial ecosystem, professional incubators identify market segmentation barriers, implement horizontal spanning of market domain boundaries, and realize scale-expansion-oriented cross-boundary value co-creation;②for the sophisticated SMEs’ entrepreneurial ecosystem, professional incubators identify technological discontinuity barriers, implement vertical spanning of technology domain boundaries, and achieve technology-breakthrough-oriented cross-boundary value co-creation;③for the SMEs’ entrepreneurial ecosystem with the collaborative evolution of specialized and sophisticated attributes, professional incubators identify ecosystem misalignment barriers, implement cross-spanning of ecological domain boundaries, and accomplish ecological integration-oriented cross-boundary value co-creation.
