摘要

以中国芯片制造产业链相关企业的专利数据为样本,探究知识成熟度、发明人特征对关键核心技术创新的影响。研究发现:知识成熟度对关键核心技术创新的影响呈倒U形关系,相较于低成熟度和高成熟度的知识,中等成熟度的知识更能显著促进关键核心技术创新。进一步分析表明,发明人规模使得知识成熟度和关键核心技术创新之间的倒U形曲线趋于平缓,发明人经验则使得倒U形曲线趋于陡峭。

Abstract

This paper uses patent data from companies in the Chinese semiconductor manufacturing industry chain to explore the impact of knowledge maturity and inventor characteristics on key and core technology innovation. The study finds that the impact of knowledge maturity on key and core technology innovations exhibits an inverted U-shaped relationship. Compared with low-maturity and high-maturity knowledge, medium-maturity knowledge can significantly promote key and core technology innovation. Further analysis shows that the scale of the inventor group makes the inverted U-shaped curve between knowledge maturity and key and core technology innovation flatter, while the experience of inventors makes it steeper.
