Abstract According to the macro and micro management environment theory of the management, the paper constringes the general social environment to the Chinese management environment. It explains the specificity of Chinese management which is mainly reflected as the coupling structure of the environmental information culture of network and the deep structure of Chinese culture from the perspective of the structural influence which is the overinformation in internet environment and cultural influence which is the deep structure of Chinese culture. The coupling mechanism is the interaction and the influence between the overinformation and the difficult to identify the information and the deep structure of Chinese culture and the cultural ambiguity of the interaction effects of coupling structure. The ambiguous principle is that the organization and the organization’s member, although their true intentions and actions is different from their speech, or even binary and contrary, each of them shows the same speaking and operating. The Chinese contemporary enterprises are operating at the state that knowing and acting are actually both deviation and ambiguous unification. This binary running model is that practice and theory, tasks and humanism, performance and culture, entrepreneurs and members, enterprises and customers, knowing and practice which will lead to the prevalence of ambiguous rules including the market exchange, the marketcompetitive behavior and the social behavior in public and life.
