Abstract Chinese enterprises now face big challenge from industrial structure change. The change drivers come from: i) customer requirement structure changed from product-based to service-oriented based; ii) industrial value chain structure changed, and new service-based integrator emerged; iii) enterprise cost structure changed, which drives every enterprise to think about outsourcing model. To tackle the above challenges, a new Enterprise Transformation Model (ETM) is developed, which includes basic 6 modules. The 6 basic modules include transformation strategy, leadership upgrade, enterprise level continuous innovation, enterprise culture transformation, business model buildup, operating model optimization.
