Abstract International research advances in team learning were reviewed.The team learning model proposed by Professor Amy C. Edmondson was highlighted.The team learning process and key impacting factors were ilustrated and compared against our knowledge of teamwork and organizational learning. Practical implication and further directions to conduct relevant researches in China were also discussed.
