The risks of strategic alliances among enterprises and their avoidance were analyzed theoretically and the model of index weight ordering for selecting the partners of the strategic alliances was given. Three frameworks of the risks defense systems were proposed and the relationship among them discussed. The model and the risks defense systems were testified.
