Abstract During technology transfer, how to grasp the specific knowledge is difficult and plays a key role to the raising effect of technology transfer. Based on the knowledge analysis of technology transferred, the paper divides the technology system into knowledge system of product, knowledge system of production and knowledge system of technology innovation in technology transfer, expecting to aid to the technology transfer.
