Aiming at making the complex hypothesis system of management clear and enhancing the scientific value and legitimacy of management, this paper starts with the study on the hierarchy of the concept system of general assumption. From the perspective of methodology and three dimensions of philosophy thinking, disciplinary construction and operational research, it explicates the hypothesis issue of management. The paper also puts forward some countermeasures to improve the validity of hypothesis in management research.
