Abstract

This paper explores the causal relationship of the use of power, trust and cooperation, conflict and avoidable conflict resolution based on literature, and further analyzes the effects of various conflict resolution mechanisms on partnership link duration. The results show that coordinated power and trust contribute to cooperative conflict resolution, and benefit for the development of partnership link.
