Abstract
This paper analyzes the knowledge resources through knowledge sets and the influence mechanism of continuous innovation ability, on this basis, then constructs the relational model of the virtual organization between knowledge resources acquisition, knowledge integration and continuous innovation ability. Finally, with a sample of 291 companies, the results indicate that the dominant knowledge resources acquisition and tacit knowledge resources acquisition have a significant positive effect on continuous innovation ability, the knowledge integration has a significant positive effect on continuous innovation ability, and learning ability of knowledge resources and knowledge integration have significant positive adjustment effect.
