A Study about Generation Mechanism of Complementary Spin-off Entrepreneurship

Abstract  The complementary spin-off is a common form of entrepreneurial activity, but there is still a big gap between theoretical research and practices. Based on theoretical sampling, we refined six main categories by grounded theory, such as potential entrepreneurs training, internal network achievement, complementary entrepreneurial opportunity, entrepreneurial motivation improvement, strategy position of new venture, and formation of complementary new venture. Then, we constructed a model about the generation mechanism of complementary spin-off entrepreneurship, and presented some further discussion at last.
