Abstract Strong links and huge complexity of economic, social and environmental development require that the enterprise organizations establish the sustainable development concept and strategy, take into account the balance between the social responsibility and the ecological environment while pursuing the economic performance. Given this, the theoretical framework of human resource management should transform from the performance target to the economic performance, social responsibility and ecological environment balance. On the basis of reviewing the evolution of human resource management, with Wright and Snell human resource system model to build sustainable human resource management framework, make the theory of corporate social responsibility and sustainability explain sustainable human resources management. On the basis of this puts forward the related thesis, provide a new direction for the research on human resource management and perspectives.
