Abstract  Based on the 968 samples of corporate toplevel leaders,an empirical research is conducted to test the influence of the toplevel leader’s psychological capital and social capital on corporate performance, and the mediating effect of risktaking behavior. The empirical result shows that: toplevel leader’s psychological capital and social capital both have significant positive relationship with risktaking behavior and corporate performance; toplevel leader’s risktaking behavior has a direct significant relation with corporate performance; and it acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between psychological capital, social capital and corporate performance.
