Abstract  Based on consumer’s perspective, the influences of LSQ on postpurchase online behavior were empirically studied in order to clarify the key logistical factors affecting consumer’s behavior. Structure Equation Model was adopted to examine the relations between each dimension of LSQ. Results show that DSQ and PSQ have significant effects on CS and CC respectively, ISQ and SN significantly affect CS only, while both CS and CC have significant effects on RPI.
