Abstract In this paper, considering the uncertainty of consumers’ demand and inventory, we build a multiperiod and multiobjective site location model with the goal of minimizing the total cost and the disutility for residents. By solving this model, the location, the number of each kind of facilities and the logistics flow allocation among facilities are determined. Finally, the results are compared with a static site location model to highlight the advantages of the dynamic site location model and it has strong applied value.
