Abstract Based on the fixed Gravity Model which extended from Newton’s theory and combing the Network Analysis method, this paper researches on innovation connection between cities and the spatial structure of the network. The result shows that there are differences among each economy circle innovation network; innovation network with the core of the developed cities has come into being. The block models point out that there is more connection in the sub-city group than among sub-city groups.
