Abstract Based on the principalagent theory, the basic incentive model and the incentive model considering monitoring signal of knowledge sharing in supply chain are constructed. Then the effect of monitoring signal on increasing the rationality of incentive mechanism among enterprises and lowering the moral risk in the process of member enterprise’s knowledge sharing are studied. Finally, the influence factors to availability of incentive contract considering monitoring signal are analyzed.
