Abstract This paper analyzes the process of knowledge transferring in innovation network, establishes tacit knowledge transferring model of innovation network based on multi-agent, and simulates this knowledge transferring model on NetLogo simulation platform. Based on the result of this simulation, it analyzes the affections of tacit knowledge transfer, the relationship between tacit knowledge transfer and tacit knowledge gap, and different affection of transfer between true tacit knowledge and pseudo tacit knowledge. In the end, some management recommendations is provided to promote the transfer of tacit knowledge in innovation network.
