Abstract In response to the practical dilemma of capital constraints faced by small and medium-sized suppliers, the study introduces government green credit subsidy and green product subsidies into the green production decision-making system of supply chain, establishes a game model composed of the government, manufacturers, and suppliers, and analyzes the optimal decision-making. The results show that:First of all, the improvement of consumers’ green sensitivity is conducive to promote enterprises to expand production, improve the greenness of products, and increase social welfare to a certain extent. Secondly, reducing the proportion of suppliers’ green investment can not only relieve the financing pressure, but also increase social welfare. Besides, in the case of green credit subsidies, the improvement of green sensitivity brings greater financing pressure, but in the case of green product subsidies, this conclusion is only true when the green sensitivity is low. Finally, when green sensitivity is low, green credit subsidies can better stimulate green production and improve the level of social welfare, on the contrary, green product subsidies are better.
