Abstract Based on attachment theory and using a multi-source and multi-stage follow-up questionnaire, this study discussed the positive effect of inclusive leadership on employee’s change-supportive behavior and the mediating roles of team psychological safety and affective commitment. The survey data of 62 supervisors and 249 matched employees were analyzed and tested. The statistical results show that: inclusive leadership has a significant positive effect on employee’s change-supportive behavior; team psychological safety act as mediator between the relationship of inclusive leadership and employee’s change-supportive behavior; affective commitment also mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee’s change-supportive behavior.
