Power Paradigm Shift and Its Influence on Organization Behavior Management

Abstract  A new power paradigm gathered from the bottom to the top with openness, sharing and decentralization has been gradually formed and involves all aspects of social life. Although it is changing the authority relationship between individual and organization, the basic content of this new power paradigm still lacks a systematic review. This studystarts with the definition of power in the classical political philosophy of the eastern and western culture,compares the old and new power paradigms from different dimensions,analyses and summarizes the impact of the new power paradigm on organizational behavior at the macro and micro levels, and propose corresponding management strategies. This research has a great significance to the development of power theory.
