Abstract Taking the entrepreneurial teams from the makerspace and incubator as the research objects, we explore the interactive effect of cooperation quality and task relationship on the willingness to constant cooperation, and analyze the moderating effect of task relationship and team trust on the relationship between them based on the entrepreneurial learning theory. The results show that the outcome quality and process quality have interactive effect on the willingness to constant cooperation in the process of team entrepreneurship. The relation between cooperation quality and willingness to constant cooperation is affected differently by task relationship, that is,task dependence significantly moderates the relationship between outcome quality and willingness to constant cooperation, while task independence act on the process quality. Trust is also involved in the interactive relationship between task relationship and willingness to constant cooperation, and task dependence alleviates the negative influence of outcome quality on willingness to constant cooperation by emotional trust.
