Abstract In this paper, we use three methods to collect items: literature analysis, interviews and openended questionnaire, then start the program analysis through the pre-test. In the formal survey, we select 286 employees, explore and verify the structure of knowledge staff’s innovation performance. The results show that knowledge staff’s innovation performance is composed of two dimensions, innovation action and innovation effect. Among them,innovation action includes promoting innovative ideas, applying new technology, summarizing knacks and so on; innovation effects include the elements such as innovation achievement, application and results.
