Abstract In this paper, a two-level communitybased complex network model is put forward, and is used to analyze the competitive relationships within auto industry and rivalry actions among car community enterprises in China, and we found the characteristics of network topology structure of Chinese auto industry market and the relationships between the rivalry actions of car enterprises and their network positions in the two networks, and obtained some interesting conclusions, for example, the rivalry actions of an enterprise are mainly impacted by the community network which the enterprise belongs to.
