Abstract Using the method of reviewing and questionnaire to collect the items, using interview to collect data, and using exploratory factor analysis and variance analysis for data processing, the paper makes a empirical study on the Structure of Workplace Incivility in China. The results indicate that: (1) the structure of workplace incivility is consisted of exclusionary behavior, gossiping, hostility, privacy invasion and abuse of power; (2) there are significant differences in some structures of workplace incivility in different gender, age, occupation and education.
